INDAVER Ireland has no experience of operating an incinerator and Indaver Belgium has no experience of operating a fluidised-bed incinerator.

In view of this, the EPA should now dictate at least one condition: a big ‘L’ sign to be put on the chimneys for everyone to see that learner operators are at work.
